These are best when soaked overnight. Rinse and bring to the boil in clean fresh water. Simmer gently for 20-40 minutes depending on how much "bite" you want in your bean. Delicious in stews, veggie chillis, hot pots or as a side vegetable with your chosen roast dinners.
