Heat in ideally a glass COVERED pan/pot with a little oil, (Sunflower or rapeseed is best.) Be patient and wait for your first POP!  Glass lids are much better so you can watch the beauty that is corn popping! When it eventually stops, add your preferred sweet or salty flavour and give it a good shake... or just enjoy as they are.
